Replacing Anxiety With Confidence

Confidence and anxiety are two opposing forces; the two cannot peacefully coexist within you at any given time.

Think of a subject which is causing you distress. Now, vividly imagine the best possible outcome—your desired results. State these results in your mind. Every time you dwell on this topic, make it a habit to automatically think of this confidence-based outcome.

See yourself pulling out the weeds of distress, moving forward with confidence. Focus not only on where you are going to end up, but on the pleasure of the journey. Do this often, with a spirit of certainty, and your path will be clear.
